Villain doesn't seem to raise many hands so probably his limp range includes A2+, JJ and 77. Against his range you got an equity of 27% assuming he bets any ace or better on the river. Not 100% sure on my math, but he'd have to bluff 17% of the times to break even, so i don't think a call on the river is profitable.

This player seems to be pretty bad, so you could make an argument for folding on the Turn, because villain can easily hold a hand like A7,AJ,AT+ etc.
If you haven't seen some weird bluffs from this player so far, you should definitively fold on the River.
