BTN: 105.8 BB (VPIP: 36.84, PFR: 5.26, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 21)
SB: 44 BB (VPIP: 50.00, PFR: 50.00, 3Bet Preflop: -, Hands: 2)

Hero (MP): 259.2 BB
CO: 302 BB (VPIP: 19.69, PFR: 14.96, 3Bet Preflop: 7.69, Hands: 129)

SB posts SB 0.4 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has A♠ 6♠

fold, Hero raises to 3 BB, fold, BTN calls 3 BB, fold, BB calls 2 BB

Flop: (9.4 BB, 3 players) 3♥ 4♠ J♠
BB checks, Hero bets 5 BB, BTN calls 5 BB, fold

Turn: (19.4 BB, 2 players) A♣
Hero bets 10 BB, BTN raises to 22 BB, Hero calls 12 BB

River: (63.4 BB, 2 players) 3♣
Hero checks, BTN bets 30 BB, fold

BTN wins 60.8 BB

It felt like I butchered the hand. I'm guessing the correct line should be bet,bet bet/f instead of checking the turn.

Hey nghks1,

Flop cbet is fine here.

Turn cbet is fine for value. Vs small raise from BTN we have implied odds to take a river.

River x/f is fine here unimproved.

And I've just realised, this looks like a mispost, it's not KK.

Hey Nghks1,

Preflop 4bet is a lot larger than average. Standard sizing is probably around 21bb here. Maybe a little bigger because we are deep.

Flop cbet is larger than average for 4bet pot. Standard sizing would be closer to 22bb or so.

Turn check is ok here. River is probably a call if we check the turn though. If we do bet the turn we can play bet/fold a lot more easily.

Hi w34z3l,

this hand looks for me like an AI either way.

As played, I would call AI on the river.
If you bet the turn, what would you suggest as betsize?

In my opinion the pot is already too large on the turn that even a halfpot betsize commits me due to the chipsize of SB, he only has 2/3 potsize bet left on the turn. I don't really like a blockbet on the turn either since I will start sweating before seeing the SD if SB decides to push.

if your argument is due to his tight stats, the sample size includes only 21 hands, which I would largely ignore. Although it might give some indication for VPIP/PFA, I usually don't rely on it too much for anything below 100 hands.
