you can just jam pre. he is in the same situation as you. he has huge ICM tax and he can't even raise/call AJo profitably vs a shove (IIRC).

flatting is fine if you think you can get more post-flop value, but you have to be FEARLESS because he can easily own you if you are not willing to call down light (because it is such an obvious spot for him to 3 barrel a ton of boards vs your weak pre-flop line).

his flop check back can be 2 things.

1. pot control with a medium strength hand.
2. he thinks this board hits you and you will play back frequently vs a cbet.

if its 2, then you can stab turn with ATC because he is giving up a lot and even if he calls with something you still have the betting lead and outs.

if you think its 1, then you can't just stab turn because he is never folding on this card. so you should just c/f.

I would probably take a stab on the turn but whether you bet or c/f is read dependent.

also I think c/c is not a good option. I think you are making yourself vulnerable to river barrels and with the ICM tax I would just take the low risk option and lead/fold rather than c/c c/c for probably 2k chips or more.

if both regulars understand the pressure of icm model correctly, then they should in theory both try to create final pot of 1300-1500 chips with last aggresive action on the river. By doing this they will maximize probablity that one reg will most often finish 1st and other reg will often finish 2nd. This is equilibrium in this situation where colision of these 2 stacks give the 3rd player as little free equity as possible.

If our opponent doesnt understand icm concept or is playing explotativly, we should just ignore equilibrium strategy and fully exploit our opponent resulting in him losing equity to us + him losing equity to 3rd player at the table.

acording to information you provided about this hand i would optin to playing to be in control of the size of the pot trying to achieve either winning smallish pot without showdown, or going to showdown on the river and trying to take down pot of size ~1400.
so given this strategy in practise with this hand i would check the flop and bet turn 175.
if our opponent call we have opportunity to either make smallish bet on the river or call smalish bet on the river.
By not playing exploitativly, but balanced equilibrium strategy we significantly increase our chances of making a lot of ITM finishes in the future, given high frequency of us playing vs same reg.
