You can use this for any questions and updates you may have 
As far as the BRM goes 15 BI is pretty low for 10nl so I would recommend trying to have at least 25 BI.
But you can also try with 20 BI if you have a good plan of moving down.

Okay, my new plan is as follows:
-Move to pokerstars NL5 with >100$
-Give a shot at NL10 when I have 200$ and move down again if I only have 150$ left.
Further, I'm still struggling with checking my 2nd/3th pairs as the PFR, simply because it's sooooo obvious what I have. I should polarize my range by adding some of my value hands like sets, but I feel like I would be losing a lot of value with my value hands (especially at these limits).
A somewhat thinking villain would probably not go agressive with his own 2nd pair / medium hands, but only with toppair+ hands or air and I guess it would be -EV for me.
On another note, do I cbet 2nd pairs when the board's wet? I don't want to be giving freecards nor valuetowning myself.
At these limits I definitely recommend not bothering with "balancing" and checking strong hands. you want value first and foremost and people are too passive to put money in the pot for you. So unless you have some aggro guys that you want to raise to check your value hands.
Cbetting 2nd pairs on wet boards is fine, especially IP where you get value/protection.

unfortunately this just reached me today.
Our beginner course was designed two years ago to overcome the lack of structure in our strategy section. However with the release of our new articles, plus the new design of our strategy section has been becoming easier and easier, hence making the beginner course in this form obsoletish.
This means we are neither actively promoting, nor evaluating the quizzes. However we leave both the course material and the quiz for everyone as an additional learning material, with Bogdan also helping out here in the forum in case there are questions.
Sorry to have no better news for you, if you have any problems with any material: in our new lessons there is always a forum thread attached. On top you will have a quiz to verify the learnings right away!
