Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.1/$0.25 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

Known players:
[tg]BU$18.36:///////;SB$24.02:///////;BB$27.43:///////;UTG1$33.64:///////;UTG2$31.01:///////;MP1$37.38:///////;MP2$12.80:///////;MP3 (Hero)$48.88:///////;CO$45.60:///////;[/tg]

UTG2: 12/10 over 295 hands, cbet 100%( 4/4) OOP, 9% PFR from EP
SB: 17/12 over 98 hands, 3% 3b

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with 7:s, 8:s.
UTG1 folds, UTG2 raises to $0.75, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.75, 2 folds, SB calls $0.65, BB folds.

Flop: ($2.5) Q:c, T:d, A:h (3 players)
SB checks, UTG2 bets $1.50, Hero raises to $3.75, SB folds, UTG2 calls $2.25.

Turn: ($10) J:h (2 players)
UTG2 checks, Hero bets $6.25, UTG2 folds, Hero gets uncalled bet back.

Final Pot: $10.

UTG2 is a tight regular.

I raised the flop here to mix it up a little and because the board is so coordinated. Not sure if this is the best board for it, because it hits his range hard. This would have been better on a low coordinated flop.
After he calls my raise on the flop I estimate his range at AQ, AK or a set. I'm not sure if he even calls AK here. I don't think QK is in his preflop range, maybe QKs is.

The turn card is perfect for me so I fire another barrel.

Hey Viewer88,

Preflop call is on the loose side here on a FR table.

As part of an overall game-plan raising this board texture makes zero sense with the hand we hold.

I guess firing the turn is reasonable here given that we do raise the flop.

As pat of an overall strategy, potentially just fold preflop and fold to cbet on the flop.
