It's close Imoa mid/short stacks usually don't shove lite into big stacks. this very much depends on villain and your reads.
According to ICMizer, he would be ok pushing with about 20% (if table was playing NASH), so you could call with 22+, A4s+, A7o+, KTs+, KQo, QTs+, J9s+, T9s, 98s.
I think the table dynamics give a good hint at ranges though. Since he is a mid-stack essentially pushing from UTG into 4 players (2 desperate short-stacks and more importantly 2 big stacks with position), I would probably put him on a very tight range... maybe 5% - so TT+,AQ+... meaning you can only call with (3.5%) TT+,AK.
