Anywhere between 35-40 is fine. Of course if u put him mostly on strong draws/lower sets as opposed to gutshots or backdoor stuff then it might make sense to put in a larger value 3bet (since we know hes rarely going to fold)

I dont think ur reads are quote strong enough to make such adjustments
