I have decided to reduce my playing time till the end of the month and concentrate on studying and improving. I will only play 1 three hour session per day.
3 things have pushed me to take this decision.
1) Yesterday I had a terrible stomach ache. I ate some raspberry jam and got incredibly sick. The last time I ate raspberry jam the exact same thing happened to me. Until this happened I thought I was quick at learning things and analyzing situations. Now I know that I'm not. I feel like there are a lot of mistakes that i make while playing that I keep doing on and on witout noticing and coming to necessary conclusions.

2) The last session that I played was a 4 hour long 2k hand session on ipoker. The result? +$1.79 Well I guess it could have been worse. But it was a really frustrating session... I couldn't even see my edge on most tables - which almost certainly means that I was -EV.
Two interesting hands from the session:
i) Villain is 25/17 over 104 hands. I believe he was the mark at the table though...
I think I like my call. The most likely part of his range on the river is a missed gutshot imo.

3) Reading mummionu's blog about how he played and beat nanonoko HU. I mean I am not even convinced that his session vs nanonoko was +EV. But I am really impressed with him about how he is constantly challenging himself to become and better player and go up in limits. I hate to admit it, but im not doing it. I regularly miss juicy NL1k,NL2k games that I know are +EV for me. I say I am not ready, or I am not good enough, or my bankroll is not enough, variance, blah blah blah. The reality is that I am scared and am not pushing myself hard enough.
~ So I am gonna watch a lot of training videos and consolidate all my notes from poker. I might also take lessons from some coaches If I feel like my game is still rusty...

which bank it was must be a local one I suppose ? hope u enjoyed india we have a lot of indian regs living in goa and few who fly there frequently as it is only place where live poker is legal so u might make a few friends and visit again they will help you out
