Is it still a 3bet, even though he 4x'd it and he's kinda tight?

How many samples do you have on his fold to 3bet? If it is something biggish like 7-8 I think both 3betting and calling this hand are good options.
On the one hand the hand has good playbility for postflop and he looks like he has leaks - he cbets a lot and his turn aggression is not so high.
On the other hand, we can just start 3betting the shit out of him until he starts to play back.
If it is something like 3 samples I think we can still 3bet this for value as in general people with such VPIP/PFR ratios tend to call more 3bets and we have position, we have the initiative so we are likely to make a lot of money.
