I never had the itention to payback. I was feeling bad because i lost the stake but i never felt obligated to pay because i lost the stake and i didnt stole it. Yeah you will say i am an asshole but this is how i was thinking. Now i am paying back because there was some that i really respect his opinion and give me to understand clearly where i am wrong

My point is, unless i have misread, you dont mention how he scammed you. Did he lost the stake? Did he stole the stake? It is very difficult to judge without knowing the story. I think it is very difficult to take the money back because poker has not legal rules. You cant give this person in the police or something

The only way to take your money back is to really make this person understand that he is wrong. It is a funny thing that every person is different and you have to push the right buttons. Some persons work better with pressure/fear or whatever but some others work better if you hit them emotically

You just have to push the right buttons. If you thing he will work better with fear put a gun in his head. If you thing he will work better with emotion try to put him in your place. It is not as simple as it sounds

For me the second worked. They told me: If you were in stakers place and someone lost your stake playing something else, you would like to have your money back right? So why you dont try to pay them back? How you feel if you were the one with the lost money? This worked

But every person is very different and you have to push the right buttons

a) most of the money is not from a staking
b) staking itself hasn't been lost. he still plays with my money. literally. or at least parts of it, rest has been cashed out ofc ♦ FML
c) we tried the nice way, more than once. ask dyl and tln .... and yes, we told him it is wrong
d) if you find the right "button" and get our moniez back, you will get a few hours of private coaching for free my friend

As I understand that guy is still tracked by the software he plays at and generates money for PS because of the deal they have with this site. Maybe IF this site would be really really generous they could pay you with that players money he generates by playing. Because I mean 7000$ is worth a lot of money for a person, but perhaps not that much for a company.. you've done a lot of good for this community too.

Of course it's probably not all about money for you but this could be an option possibly.

I think it's a principal thing tbh, that makes TT upset. Don't really think it's only the money. Correct me if I am wrong!

nope, max was a different beast, not comparable in terms of amount scammed.

wow, didn't read through the whole thing, but i must add this...he owes more than 100k to the father of my bud....thats why he ran away from Estonia in first place and thats why he is hiding still...

I talked to Mindan today about his mess he is in getting scammed by Damian ... reminded me to push this thread, no updates for a year Anybody seen Simo? Anybody got my 10k? ♦
