Hi Abeceda,we do have also a nice tool where you will find a lot of words realted to poker. You can find it here.
Of course don't be afraid to ask here anything you want but if you will come to some expressions you don't understand just check them in the tool and you might find the answer you want immediately.
Are you going to play Limit Holdem or is this just temporary? Also Limit Holdem is very good covered with content here at PokerStrategy so whatever you choose you will get all the content you need here.
Good luck mate.
I'm not sure. I love both holdems, however I think Limit Holdem is better if you are easy to get caught by your own stupidity... So you cant lose too much

True, but on the flipside, you can also capitalize on your opponent's stupid mistakes in no limit by taking their entire stack instead of a few bets like in fixed limit.
If you're using correct bankroll management, losing too much shouldn't be a problem anyway.
Unfortunately you dont have the required status yet. You need at least Bronze status to invite friends.
:/ :/
Ok so no limit it is
I am only playing NL2 (I believe thats 0,01/0,02 right), since my balance is not that high, since I am only starting.
However I often see people on multi tables (22 tables at once one guy). How is this possible? ??????? I mean, I understand 4 tables at a time but 22?
So now i am waiting to be bronze. Any advice what to do after? How to become solid poker player? Because I am watching on this forum and I didnt find anything
And poker coaching is so damn expensive
I think that starting with Begginers Course is a great start. Then in our strategy section there are plenty of interesting articles plus a lot of good video series. First of all try to understand everything that you can get from our Poker Basics section.
You will get soon an impresion how complex game poker is.
Most of the articles have also videos. Try to watch them and understand. I think there is really enaugh content to start with. Probably understanding that all is enaugh to beat lowest stakes so NL2.
So good luck and have fun while studying.

First of all, you should take some time to read and understand the bronze articles. The bronze section of No Limit contains some vital information on post-flop play that should really help you step up your game.
It's true that private coaching is quite expensive, especially for a beginner. Are you aware of our live coaching sessions, though? It's obviously not on the same level as private coaching, but it might help you out.
Some coaching sessions have also been recorded and are available in our videos section. Why not have a look? You'll probably need a higher status for many of these, but you'll soon be bronze anyway, won't you?

Those guys are most likely using additional monitors, or have arranged the windows in a cascading fashion. It is extremely difficult to handle such a huge amount of tables without it hurting your game, and it requires a lot of practice and experience, but some players who are particularly keen on rakeback can pull it off.

Awesome.
Don't forget to check out all the new content you just unlocked.
thank you both! So now I will stay bronze even after I lose silver???
Hm now I just need to watch all live coaching sessions. May I ask where will I be able to watch those? Is enough just to lcick on coaching and wait until it is scheduled? What then? Will the video appear by itself?
Sorry I am still very new to all of this.
And are there any learning groups here that I could join?

Correct, you can't lose bronze.

Yes, just visit the coaching section whenever a session is scheduled. You can tune in with one click and will be redirected to a chatroom, where you will also get a link to watch the live video.
Hey Abeceda,
No mateer what happens you now have a minimum bronze status for life. However it is quite easy to maintain Silver Status with our current bonus promotion.
If you earn 1 Strategy point in a day (which equates to between .25c-40c rake), we will give you 10 bonus SPs. As you can see, if you manage to even play short sessions you only need to play 10 days to guarantee your Silver status remains.
Who knows. Maybe you can shoot for Gold. ♦.
With the live coachings, you can check the upcoming schedule here. If you happen to miss a live coaching, then you may be able to catch up with it at justin.tv as well as past coachings.
The best place to look for learning groups is on our Learning To Win board.
If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask.
Enjoy
Laz
Oh you are silver already. Well done sir well done. Now you have so much content to study.
My suggestion is that you to start with Beginners' course.I am pretty sure that with combination of reading some articles this is the best start possible of your poker career.
Good luck.
