Hello ther amelioration, welcome back to poker and welcome to blogs!

I agree that finding enough time to put volume in when you have a full time job is difficult, it could also be detrimental to your game to try if you play tired, so good job taking it slowly.
As for posting a graph, if you have Holdem Manager 2:
At the bottom left of the graph you will see Options;

1) Go to options -> save -> then save to desktop.

2) Open a free image hosting site on the web e.g.,

http://tinypic.com/?t=postupload

3) Click 'Choose File', then click the file on the desktop you want to upload and click 'Open'. You should now see the file-name next to the Choose File option.

4) Click 'Upload'.

5) Copy (left click, then right click -> copy) in the link you will see in the 'IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards' box - it's the second yellow box reading top to bottom in the list on the left hand side of the window.

6) Paste into your blog.

7) Relax, that didn't hurt now did it!?

For pokerTracker 4:

1) Open PokerTracker and click the 'View Stats' tab at the top left next to the 'play Poker' tab.

2) Find the 'Graphs' tab situated in the middle on the right hand side of the window.

3) Left click, then right click within the graph, click 'Save As' and save to desktop again.

4) Repeat steps 4 to 7 as above.

5) Easy game, you're an expert now. ♠_cool:

Just played for an hour or so, had to reluctantly quit in the end as I could feel the tilt approaching. Beginning of the session was going really well, playing good, was up like 3 BI. Then some big pots toward the end annoyed me a bit.

UTG here is really bad, like playing any 2 and calling cbets oop w/random backdoor jank, I was 3betting him quite frequently to isolate IP and make ez monies.

CO is a "reg" but is really really bad, tbh I don't even think he can be a winning player. I have history with him, he gets in wide preflop, calling pretty much all 3bets OOP, getting in marginal draws postflop.

Just before this hand I had 3bet the UTG fish like 4 times in a row, the regfish 4bet me once and I folded pre.

Pretty standard here I think, the regfish can get really out of line whilst the table dynamic is right and the UTG fish is never folding pre once he has decided to vpip so I don't give him too much credit.

Another pretty standard spot here I think but contributed to the tilt. I don't really see why this guy is 4betting so light, we didn't really have any history and I hadn't been 3betting alot at this table. I had not really seen him get out of line before, seemed pretty tight and standard. Was expecting calls from any AK, AA, KK and AcQ. Was not expecting this.

This was around the same time as the the 4bets were flying with the fishes on the other table. Hadn't seen this guy play bad, didn't really know he was a station. I guess if he calls turn then he has no intention to fold a safe river card?

Ofc he doesn't have the range I put him on and is just a whale, but still, maybe I could have done better.
