Is it a correct fold with 44 considering stack sizes?

Preflop: looks fine
Postflop: I don't think we can fold 44 in this spot. If you expect him to slowplay 88 then he has 22 as well. Yes, he can have JJ but he can also play overpairs like this.
So without some reads or reasons to expect only the nuts there (let's say JJ) I can't see how we can fold.
Even rather deep stacked? 
I don't think he might be slowplaying 88(because we are deepish) and I don't think he might be overplaying 22 like this. JJ is a very legit hand for him to have. Considering stack sizes I also dont think he would overplay overpair like this and its very optimistic to think he is turning overpairs into bluffs. 
You are "only" 150 BB deep here so I wouldn't say that we are that deep.
I mean you are literally afraid of max 6 combos in a spot where he can also have 3 worse combos here.
It's not like there are any straights or flushes possible.
And since he is the PFR and we are BvB he can also easily have overpairs as well.
And on top of that you bet 1/2 pot on the turn. How weak (light vbet) does that look?
