RESULT: in this hand, Hero folded: "there's no need to risk this amount of chips this early in a tournament when we have no info. Call, there is no point in raise as he would fold anything weaker and hand is strong enough not to fold on that bet

Which is the correct hand? Donk 200 or 400?

If opponent donks 400 I would FOLD, because I think to often he will have a Full House here. That line: x/c, x/c donk indicates a strong hand.

if the bet is 200: Given the good odds I would call 200.

Probably the best course of action would be fold in my opinion. You noly beat the busted draw on the river. Most probably he hit the full there and the 400 is a valuebet.
