River: 2♦ ($86, 2 players)
SB checks, Hero goes all-in $57.50, SB calls $57.50

Final Pot: $201

Do you always calling this pre flop?

Opponent 20/15, 3b 6% total, 3b SBvCO 7% and 6% call.

Cbet in 3b pots 70/40/47 - quite easy to play against.
When check turn as PFR, 50% x/f, 50% x/c with no x/r range on flop/turn so he is quite honest.

Few minutes earlier he played similar hand but BBvBTN 3b 99, cbet ~A8x, turn low card and he x/c.

How you see his range on turn when he is x/c?

How do you see the situation when sb cbet flop, x/c turn and how he/she react [?] to a shove river? Do people more often play x/c + x/c river or they are able to x/c in already big pot and fold to a river shove?

Hi,

Betting turn is +ev but i'm not sure it's better than checking. River bet on this river card with this hand is likely -ev, since you block the hands that you're trying to fold out (KK/QQ/JJ etc) and i tend to think he might even call all those hands since you're repping quite thin by shoving river. I'm not sure if nl100 players think you're shoving AJ for value on the river...

Could you answer the questions which I wrote in a 1st post, one by one cause i'm curious about that.

If I would hold hand like even AT, I would doubtfully bet twice because i don't think I would get called by worse hand; this might be missing value or blocking me with bluffing here, cause probably my bluffing range will be wider than value range?

How do you play hand like 88 here or low missed flush draw like JThh on turn and river?

Are you consider checking turn - cause you have sometimes the best hand with Khigh or attepting to bet river if he check again? In my opinion I have less fold equity if i'm trying to fold him hands like pairs when check-back turn and bet river than if I just bet turn instantly.

Vs. such a nit I would not be calling KJs there pre, but it makes a fine hand to 4bet bluff with. As played, again since villain's range is so tight and it's not like she's cbetting 100%, I don't think your hand is strong enough to float flop with.

Kinda agree that i Don't live pre flop call seeing his range %, but stick to the plan to float against him, backdoor flush draw + two overs and position might give me some ability.
Two things concern me:
1) I'm folding much more than ~66% if give uping KJs
2) There are more players which I prefer not to call 3b against, not cause their range, but their abilities postflop. Nit'y guy usually is a worse player and easier to play than a ~24/20 player.

Flop is a raise or fold spot. I think raise is good if you expect him to cbet most of his range like AQ/AK and I do expect him to bet/fold those hands. And it's great to have the backdoor flush draw.

Preflop: Hmm this is close. If he 3-bet smaller it would be a clear call. His range seems kind of tight.

Pot odds aren't that great, but equity-wise you seem to be doing ok so calling is probably fine.

Equity Win Tie
MP2 56.10% 55.73% 0.37% { JJ+, AKs, A5s-A2s, T8s, 97s+, 86s+, 76s, 65s, AKo }
MP3 43.90% 43.53% 0.37% { KJs }

Pot odds: 35%

1. are you talking about the flop? imo folding is best because you already made a mistake by calling preflop, and villain's range is just too strong, so you kind of have to count your losses and not keep making more mistakes.

2. 100bb deep in a 3-bet pot, if someone's range is strong enough, then you just don't have enough room (i.e. stack depth) to "outplay" them postflop. This player doesn't seem exploitative enough postflop to make calling good vs. his tight range. Plus you have reverse implied odds.

mbml, where are you getting that range? OP said villain has a 7% 3betting range in this spot.
