With so many gimpy chum I would simply shove all-in preflop in this situation. I would push even AK or QQ here, there are simply to many chum to allow you any play room, and you are pot commited with even 1 caller, as your c-bet would be all-in oop.

a Rule of Thumb: If you see 3+ limpers before you can do something, push your hand instead of raising

Everything said, push after 3 limper's. To win 4,5bb with a Hand like KQo is a great result you will not have it in the long run, so dont get fancy just push it.
