he is 25/21 aggressive regular
HJ open 20%, but there is fish otb, so I assume he opens more broodway type hands than usually

cb oop 77, 63, 44

x/r river just 1%

1) I assume the way the hand was played this is call call xbeh, as there is no value in betting, right? but:
2) what if he bet river for 70%psb? how would you define your calling range? First thought is that QQ is quick muck here, but I'm talking about whole range. Would you count combos etc. or just a basic assumption like: "he can have a lot of trips, he can have 55/66, he even doesn't bet JT or QT otr, but x/c it instead, so I call only with Tx+ - blocking his Tx combos"?

he can have 7 set/quads combos
with me blocking QT he can have 28 JT+ hands, let's say he doesn't open JTo so there are 22 Tx combos

if he doesn't bet bet bet QT/JT there are 16 KT/AT combos

There might be value if u think he is straight forward and valuebets thin with aa and kk but given starting positions i doubt it. So check is best. U might even get checkraised sometimes by air or boats.

Your two street calling range probably looks like:
ATs
KTs
T9S
jTs
QTs
55
66
TT

17#

77-QQ

30#

Qq is around the top 40% of your range and i dont think its a snap muck. Even after making some adjustments for his river tendencies i feel like its a call and folding would be too exploitable.

Some issues: his range is stronger than yours. He has aa and kk and more TX combos like ATo and KTo. Probably not QTo and JTo. U probably only have suited TXs

Still i think he should have enough bluffs to justify a call here
