Once he c/c flop I don´t think he is going to fold on blank turn.
Players are usually not floating enough on Axx boards that you should double barrel.
I would check back and raise when I hit oesd. I might consider calling him down once I hit K. You may also consider betting big on diamond river cards once he checks to you third time.

With good FD'S i like the bet to get value from worse FD'S and some folds from pocket pairs

If you decide to barrel with flushdraws then you always should think one step ahead: what would you do if he is going to shove.
With Kd5d or Ks5s I think b/c turn is fine line, since you always have some fold equity, overall good equity and he can sometimes shove worse flushdraws.
If you have just K or Q high flushdraw then you don´t get correct pot odds if he is only shoving for Ax or better hands.

But since unknown players should be playing more scared I like barreling with good flushdraws and take b/f line
