Stacks:
SB 1MAXIMO1 ($154) 77bb
BB jhyjg ($205.64) 103bb

Pre-Flop: ($3, 2 players) jhyjg is BB 5♥ K♠
1MAXIMO1 raises to $4, jhyjg calls $2

Flop: J♣ K♣ A♣ ($8, 2 players)
jhyjg checks, 1MAXIMO1 bets $6, jhyjg calls $6

Turn: 10:spade: ($20, 2 players)
jhyjg checks, 1MAXIMO1 checks

River: Q♥ ($20, 2 players)
jhyjg bets $152,

checking math on the hand

2nd hand 90%+ sure guy is fish. given stack size and ipad sign on stars

we assume avg fish opens 80% of buttons

so 1/4 are suited 1/4 are right suit

fish flop flush 0.85% of the time

but monotone board is 5% of flops

so 0.85 times 20

17% chance you flop a flush if you are suited on that board

so 17%/4

4.25% chance he has flush

then factor in 8/10 chance he bets turn with flush

0.85% chance he has flush

then factor he calls 25% of the time to play the board

i win 20 dollars 74.15% i chop win 10 dollars 25% i lose 160 0.85%

14.83 + 2.5 - 1.36 = ev$
ev$ = 15.97

other options

check max $ev =10 but obv sometimes fish will bet and cause problems

overbetting pot ev hard to figure out as sometimes fish will raise you maybe he thinks straight is the nuts??? causes problems...

Hi , nicely written out hand , easy to go in discussion this way :)
Assuming villain is fish, I don't agree starting from a 80% range , from my exp they open way less , more towards 65-70%.

Aside from that I cant really follow where you get all the numbers, but assuming they are correct , i doubt you need to overbet it that big.
I doubt a fish is elastic in his calling range once you overbet. I really think betting 50 would like only result in maybe 5% more calls, which results in higher EV and less variance .

U cannot fully rule out flushes from his range and the risk reward is extremely poor. I think a 3x overbet should get almost the same amount of fold equity.
