Basically any advice on effective C betting would be good. I think I range from session to doing CBETS all the time to not CBETTING much at all.

Hey Greedyfly,

Preflop call is ok but a little on the loose side especially vs a pot-sized open. Nothing too wrong with either folding or 3betting as a bluff.

Flop float is fine.

Turn, I would generally fire as a bluff. Fine to sometimes delay this bluff until the river though. Hand is fine.

It's a perfectly reasonable question you ask, although I don't really understand it in this context since we are given no opportunity to cbet during the hand.
