pretty nasty spot but against fish i guess i'm not folding. if it was a reg his cc range would be more nutted and then it's a rather easy fold

Preflop 3bet for value is fine.
I think fine to bet/fold flop is fine. We can generally give credit to raises in b pots from unknown at 25nl. I don't think flop call would be ridiculous or anything but it's too loose to be calling a turn bet at these limits so it'd be call-flop fold-turn. But no real reason to expect unknown to be raising flop that wide in a 3b pot at these limits.
