Hero bets $0.30, BB raises to $1.31 and is all-in, Hero calls $1.01

Turn: ($3.10) 2 (2 players, 1 is all-in)
River: ($3.10) 2 (2 players, 1 is all-in)

Flop Cbet is okay? Can I call the push?

Hi,

C-betting is fine, since you have often the best hand and two overcards that you always can hit.
Against Jx hands you sadly only have 22% equity, so flop should be b/f.
Even if I add his range any flushdraw combo, you equity only raises to 28%

You need to have 33% equity to profitable b/c flop.
If player has shoved before then b/c seems fine, since likely he is then also shoving his T9, 98 hands or random broadway/Ax hands
but if he seems passive then b/f would better option

Another line which you might take is c/rai flop. That way you get extra bet out of worse hands and don´t have to worry playing on turn if getting called.
