Given villain's stats, I think the Flop is a very clear check-call. This is not a board texture that I would like to face a raise on.

As played I guess you have to call the Flop raise. River line makes no sense at all so I'll probably call here as well to see what he has. Does he really raise TX here? Would a set or a straight really check the Turn to take some weird induce line? I'm not sure but this is pretty high up your range so I'm not folding.
