Hm 2, hands importing but not showing

Hi there, I just buy hm 2, it's working but the hands are probably not saved in hm 2 itself I can't see my graph or ev line anything, just says 0 hands how can I fix that?

Which site and gametype are you playing?
Have you configured the Pokerclient to write english handhistories?
