1.No, not always. If the opponent is a LAG or a maniac,for example, it would be a lot better to just let him bet, especially in position. He will have too weak hands to call out raise most of the time so we accomplish nothing by raising.
2.It also depends,but you might want to raise here for protection.
3.Yes, you generally should, but you really shouldn't flat aces as a beginner.
