I don't think it's possible to fold AA here. And I know for sure that no regular at these stakes ever folds either AA or AK in this spot, unless they have a bullet proof read on villain.

I would fold also AK and AA. Especially AA. I am more inclined to call AQ,QJ, QT and AK, KJ than AA because we anyway win vs bluffs and with Kx, Qx we block his 2 pair combos.
