Flop: if u are highly weighting his range towards draws then i think the best play would be to raise the flop for immediate value. Calling makes more sense if u think he could have monsters or pure bluffs.

River: i think the only hand he takes this line for value w is KT. He shouldnt have too many sets here based on PF action. With that said he has all 16 combos which is a lot.

I think AQ is pretty high up your range. U also have KT and sets and many weaker twopairs.
Its certainly possible for him to have some busted FDs or KQ being turned into a bluff

U probably have to call here esp since he seems on the looser side.

River stats are only relevant with a large sample and can still be misleading. Small x/r % doesn't have to mean villain's doing this for value very often, it depends on many other factors like texture, whether he sucked out in other spots, how strong his hand is, what he thinks of your range, etc.

If he's a winning player and you have a good sample on him, that's much more of an indicator that he's value heavy, because he may just want to induce bluffs and then make you pay the maximum with your SDV.

Villains line doesn't make nearly as much sense as it might seem, because it starts with a donk bet and the runout changes very little.
I'd be MUCH more afraid of him holding a monster if he raised like 3,5x or 5x.
Btw you've induced this bluff-raise perfectly, it's a textbook example. You telegraph your hand with your line and betsize. Had you raised at some point, very few people would try to bluff you like that. Or had you bet the pot it'd make villain more afraid of you holding the nuts, hence maybe stopping him from pulling out a huge bluff, maybe not.

Take a note after the hand and exploit his donk betting ranges in the future by raising or folding early.
I'd fold Kx because it doesn't beat Ax bluffs which are pretty likely, for example AThh.
