V is unknown, probably a fosh given the stack size and also 1 tabler.
I folded on the river because in general, check-call, check-call and donk is nutted line from a fish and also he didnt shove OTR so it looks much stronger when he left like 3$ behind. It may be a sick bluff with this sizing, but i dont think so.
However he should raise his value hands like KQ/K9/Q9/JT/99 on the flop because is very wet. The turn and river are kinda blank so it can bluff on the river with a missed draw.
