why dont you like the 3b? sure its not the best hand in the world to 3bet oop, but this hand would be the exact bottom of range. How high does a rundown need to be to 3b oop in your opinion?

Flop play depends on Villain, bet, x/r and x/c are all viable options imho.
I prefer x/c here, its good for our checking range. x/r is a bit overplayed here vs unknown imho, there hardly is a hand that we want to get it in against.

My OOP 3-bets are designed to push a raw EQ edge along with playability. 7654ss only has playability, so I'd either call or fold.

I think c/r gii might be the best play here and I think this villain is gonna overstab the flop.
Problem with c/c is that you're kinda face up and you have to c/f a lotta turns.
If you cbet you need to stack this off.

never considered the 3bet to be bad. hand has good playability and i'm not sure there is much of an eq edge to begin with. equities run too close imo and being oop often diminishes small eq advantages. would you 3bet QQ84ss etbrood?
also the hand hits boards which usually only villain with his wider co (or often BTN range) would hit. if i only 3bet hands OOP which have good raw equity i have to fold low boards way too often imo.

while the 3bet is not the bad it's not even close to being bad. You are too predictable if you only 3bet broadways and high pairs OOP.

Yes c/rai should be your standard play here, with a lof of hands you might want to get it in i might add.
