I would bet 1/2 pot.

P.S. I think c/c is worse than c/f here. Once he calls turn i can't see a bare fd in his range that decides to bluff.

Also fold preflop. Your hand is ranbow.

I don't see many worse hands calling a .5x bet. I just see people calling way to many draws in this spot on the turn (his stats suggest that he is a rather weak player) in order to c/f. We also represent a quite weak range as we could easily have 2barreled with some kind of (nut-)draw which we give up OTR so he should fire quite often.
The hands which beat us would all call our bet. There is no difference if we bet and they call or if we c/c. If we c/c we can catch some bluffs tho. And I don't think we fold out a lot of better hands by betting.

Well we have 13 hands on villain. We cannot make any assumptions whatsoever about his play.

It's never about folding out a better hand by betting, it's more about getting called by nonnut straights that are checking behind. There are a lot of straights on this board that check behind but call a 1/2 bet imho.

Skod

tbh i dont see many lower straights in MPvsUTG calling range pre, assueming Villain is an unknown. But there are a bunch of busted fd's.
I think the most likely hand to look up a bet here is KK:dd, but i doubt he is calling it too often.

Ingame i would probably bet but i just dont see enough hands to get Value from.
I think x/decide is fine in this spot.
