Here I dont like your turnbet. turncard is pretty bad for you since it completes a lot of draws to at least a pair. At the same time you have to realise that betting your hand here isnt a bluff but a valuebet again possible Kx,JT,... type of cards which you already beat. Next step is the to realise that this part is not super huge and also that you may even get raise here. If you had a hand like Jc6c then bet is pretty clear since you may actually get better hands to fold but here I see this a pretty clear check.
Then if he bets you should prolly peel at least one and reevaluate on the river. On this river you should prolly call again.
As played I would just c/f river since by betting turn you made him fold most of his gutshots,Kx so I dont see him having a bluff here often enough.
Hes got some madehands and the 7 completed many straightdraws and gave 75 76 a pair. J9 JT and T9 haven't yet it to a madehand but if you're looking at his range, those 3 uncmopleted straightdraws are not enough for check/calling the Turn. Check is pretty Standard and also if the Turn is a blank i would check and check/call the Turn and see what the River bringst but 7 is a really bad card. The pot is way too small to c/c the Turn. You have a Gutshot ok but thats still not enough to continue. And what you need to additionally consider is the fact that your opponent hasn't even raised one hand so he could easily have KQ or AQ or even KK in his range.
