hi,

the raise on flop is too small, we should raise bigger for value here especially when the board is so wet

we can also argue for a bigger turn bet for the same reasons on the flop

river - i think we have to call here given the bet sizes, though he is very likely to have a flush, i think once in a while he has some busted draws like TK or value betting with Jx
