He seems to be kinda loose. Can I do anything on the river here? He might easily have a hearth here IMO. Maybe he had me already OTF?

Hi,

It is always possible he has there best hand, but very often you´re ahead so betting flop for value is fine. I would also bet turn and c/f river unless he likes to bluff. Most players would check back showdown value hands, so I would not expect him to valuebet unless he has flush or boat.
