Flop Raise CB IP: 25(8)
Fold to Flop CB: 65 (37.5% when IP)

Flop: I believed that such a high flop raise CB IP stat means xe does that with overpairs too, therefore I decided to go broke on the flop to avoid action killers. On a second thought tho, QQ+ is not so likely since xe would have probably 3b those preflop, and with what's left does xe really give all that action? After all the big raise CB value might come from the fact that he is such a nit, and therefore actually has big stuff often.

Thoughts?

I think it's fine for you to go broke here. I certainly wouldn't want to 3betfold as that would be ridiculously weak.

Also, the fact that he minraised the flop makes it likelier that you are up against a thin value hand like JJ so I like the 3bet

If he's nitty and raised larger, I would call and calldown with this hand. I guess the minraise is the main reason why I think 3-betting could be better - Deny the IP player the chance to check on T and R. Of course when he jams I think we are a dog here but we are probably committed if we add enough combo draws (yes he's tight and he has few of those)
