so do we even have enough implied odds on turn? we need 29% eq to make a call. like how much money we need to win on river, prolly I dont have enough money behind + being oop.

Hello,

Preflop is fine.

I like your play on the flop. This guy could easily fold a hand like JJ or some weak Kx against a raise, but once he 3bets his range is quite strong so calling is fine.

We need 29.3% equity to make a call and against a range of KK+,99,44,K9s,KdJd,KdTd,K9o we only have 18%.
So, even if we stack him always on the river we still can't make a call there.

Best,
Plamen

weee, once you decided to raise flop (which is fine) just calling OOP is the worst. What are you going to do ott when you dont hit and villain always bet? fold obv (you called which is even more bad).
Even if you hit OOP, what r u going to do? bet? x/r? Prob if a :diamond: hit villain wont bet it. What if the board pairs it?

I dont like your play. Once you raise it you have to ship otf.

Rakevictim, but you don't have enough odds for the ship, nor I believe the fold equity once villain 3bets

Would like to know how you made that calculation. Like how much we need to win on river to be breakeven.

We have 18% equity, so in order our call to be BE we need the pot to be $21.55 (3.88 / 0.18 = 21.55).

As you can see, even if you go broke there, the pot won't be that much on the river and you probably won't always stack him if you hit.

Our equity it's not even 18%
