Value bet in this situation for sure. I would go pretty high. Close to pot. Hoping to get paid off by 99-KK

In this situation most of the time you have the best hand. It would be pretty unlucky if your opponent had a 6 or pocket 8's. Value betting is by far the best option in this situation. Not many hands have you beat.

There no reads on the villain here but I see calling vs CO raise with AQ a somewhat weak move - I would almost always reraise. As it was played - there is the change of villain having a hand like A6 or a small pocket pair which he could have ditched against a pf re-raise (altough in these limits it is virtually impossible for some players to let go of a 22 preflop).
