Sometimes i feel like sharing something, but no one reads this blog anyway. Had this story vs reg. Few days ago i played reg hrlohe, was just some nice battle, i ran good. I did think i had decent edge on him and that was my only motive to play him. But then one Estonian friend linked me to hrlohe blog, where he posted some trash about me. Like my place is $15s and $30s, that i have no idea what i am doing postflop, like i am absolute fish. I got all EGO, decided to crush him and thanks to variance i did it. He ended up asking (almost begging) in skype to stop this war. I said no and we played like one more hour untill he started to decline. Don`t think it`s worth hunting him since i`m probably ~1% roi vs him and all value were from playing 50 games/hr during promo, etc.

Ok, best part: graphs from his POV

I had some thoughts about battling regs at $60s. So, overall i played 3.5k games at $60s (yes, my volume sucks bigtime, thats what this blog is about) and 5 regs i played most is 1247 games already. So i`m quite sure i play >60% of my volume vs regs. Dam, should be even more, i look at list of games vs villains and there is huge amount of 50ish, 30ish games. What i`m getting to is that there is definitely a lot of weak regs worth to be sat, but only if you plan to stick at 60s for a long time. Well, i dont. Money wise i dont think it is worth after all, sure you get a ton of games, but playing regs will never be as good as playing recreational players. Another thing which made me think is that you never know what you will run into. Game is so far away from being solved or even from figuring out very simple questions like playing SB pre-flop. That`s first action and should be solved first, but so far we only have idea that most of it is limping. Ironically that`s something what makes you labeled as "fish". Just making a point that we have no idea how this game is played and we can never be sure we are not playing against someone who is level ahead or simply understands game theory way better.
Why do i play that many regs then? because grinding unknowns is boring.

1. 20?
2. Been looking into this a little bit but if anybody on here reading this knows anything about the Edinburgh live poker scene, please feel free to DM me or post with some details, basically looking for anything as far as live games go, where is good, soft games good service etc.
3. I know this is supposed to be insulting but I'm the 2nd best grinder in my house atm and I'm getting used to getting my ass kicked when it comes to volume
4.

2nd day:
Played one more small live mtt, shortchange busted early, his girlfriend ended 5th (3 places paid) and i shipped it for 380 Pounds.
We decided to make "live gambling roll" which is now ~370 Pounds. Gonna keep that up. Played 25 games while staying here, think that beats shortchange.

Overall, doing pretty decent at live since Zillas arrived, mostly just donking around and it's been kinda fun, though live poker is lolslow. Haven't really been grinding much online, since we're usually in the casino from 8pm till 5 am, the few hours in between i've been working on coaching/staking stuff rather than grinding. Also went for a really fun day trip to go see coffeeyay a couple days back, was lots of fun, and I got absolutely pumped by coffee and Zilltine at monopoly deal ( if you've never tried this game you really should, monopily deal >>>>>>>>>>>>>> live poker ). Coffee took us on a 3 hour walk around Aberdeen trying to get to the beach which was like 30mins-1hour away from his place, we eventually realised we were lost after a few hours and asked for directions, meme suffices to explain the results:

Such a fun time overall. Hopefully gonna get back to grinding online over the next couple days and put in some decent volume there.

Okay, update!

Brag:

-Been in Edinburgh visiting Cory, crushed live poker.
-Came back and ran hot for few games.
-Cory and his gf is going to live in Lithuania for 3 months. Phantomm will be living with as aswel. Cory`s gf and Phantomm both plays $15s i think so thats cool setup.
-I have a student which i`m coaching for future profits and he is showing great progress since we started.

Beat:

Got ligament strain when tried that climbing shit Phantomm does.

Variance:

Nothing really, so i`ll just ask if there is anyone who plays $7s-$15s Hu Hypers and wants to discuss strategy with my student.
