Just wanted to learn about steps, I played step 1, and got step 2 ticket with winning. So can I change it to $$$ to play something else or refund?

I’m afraid you need to use step tickets for tournaments or Step SNG’s.
A Step 2 ticket you can use for the step 2 SNG or you can play a $27 tournament with it.
