- Winner (They have a .co.uk domain where they are migrating uk players)
- Gala + Coral (MAYBE, they are massive in the UK and would be suprised if they're not going to cater for their main market).

Leaving;

Got email from other affiliate that they are leaving.

Checked the UK Gambling commission website.

All the sites listed as most likely staying have applications for a remote licence in progress.

Of those sites listed as status unclear the following sites have applications for a remote licence in progress as well:

Everest
Winner
PKR
Gala
Coral
Netbet (trading as COSMO)

so they should be staying.

I could not find applications for:

Europoker
Pokerheaven
24h poker

TheOnePunter above has confirmed that the second two are definitely discontinuing operations in the UK.

Hey Guys,

Due to a High Court challenge by the Gibraltar Betting and Gaming Association (GBGA), the implementation of the legislation has been put back to November 01st 2014.

The challenge is considered unlikely to succeed but presiding judge Lord Justice Green has stated it would be unrealistic to expect a final judgement by October 1st.

In other news, Unibet have confirmed they are staying and will not be reducing VIP rewards for UK players.

Obviously, that come together with all the rest of the crap that daily we need learn to live with

another form of abuse and violence on the personal and individual freedom that seem not in many can see, yet

Seriously, something must happen to stop the slowing and progressing process to enslave the humanity (even if we are well messed up already, just we still choice to take the blue pill)

Think you need to work on your mental game mate.
A few stupid gaffs like the autorebuy thing on the UK law, but these laws are mainly just about (quite rightly) governments getting some taxes on poker room profits.
On balance I am quite pleased with the UK approach, as I think segregation is stupid.

Some good news.

The UK Gaming Commission have released clarification on the 'Auto top up / Auto rebuy' rule.

They have stated that it is NOT a legal requirement to not offer this feature but sites that do must have a Responsible Gaming policy.

The vast majority of poker sites already have this so expect sites to return those features.
