NL100 PF BB 62s, 3betpot river decision

I think pot size is best here, you will get a lot of call for splits here.
X/r all in i think is not that +EV, only if you know about him that he try to takes lots of pots on the river.
You can bet also over pot if you have over pot bet dynamic with him.

Turn betting seems good

River I would make it around 1.5x. I think villain will call that size, but I could be mistaken. Definitely we should not bet smaller than potsize.

how are you constructing your pre 3b range here?

against bu minr bb 3bettingrange should be exxtremly polarized since we can just call so many hands to the good odds

therefore hands like 62s-64s,42s-43s, 25s-35s, 73s-74s .... should make up a large portion of your bluff 3betting range

anymway - i would ps on the river - dont htink we can go bigger - he will be able to fold sometimes + might have better flushes sometimes

My 3bet value stdd BB vs BU is: TT+;AJ+;KQ;

Against min raise from 55% open raise we can go both ways with hands like KJo, but AT and 99 are 3bets. And if villains open raises closer to 65% we have to raise those hands, including KJo.

Do you 3bet for value like 15% of his opening range? I've heard about the 15% but how do we get that number? Is it because of his must defend to not be exploited?

Honestly never heard of such a number, I just do what it seems best. But 15% seems a bit low against a min raise.
