$1.50 Hyper PF decision

Pretty sure I should have called this. SB opens 33%, and makes spewy plays postflop. Like open shoving 25bb stack with a FD.

Preflop: Hero is BB with 8 T
SB raises to 60, Hero folds

Hello adamall,

He is not that aggressive player when he opens just 33% of the hands. Definitely fold here is the best thing to do.

Could you elaborate a little.

The way I look at this hand currently our range is never crushed by this guy he opens wide enough and we get a decent price that in the long run we can show a profit from our postflop call?

Hello,

He is not raising a lot. His raising range is relatively tight for HU. He is raising to 3x so he is not giving us good odds to call. Thats why I prefer to fold here. If had min raised than we can think about calling but with this 3x raise I prefer the fold.
