can't really glean much about villain from 8 hands. cold 4bet for value good as we're oop. If CO jams it would suck but for 100bb it's still a call. However, non-ace flop on 4bet pot is good. Villain has Qq, JJ and reduced combos of slowplayed AA, but can also have aj+ which we want to milk. The j on the turn sucks balls as some of villain's range just improved but he also may have picked up a flush draw so I think it's close but tbh I'd probably jam too, hoping for AQ or a FD. If you check turn it's probably a check/fold as at NL5 people don't tend to semibluff much and so villain would mostly bet hands that have you beaten, and check back things like 99-TT.

OTF your bet is good, you could even smaller, because BU shouldn't have many draws and AdKd probably would r/get it in OTF as well as KdTd/AdTd (he shouldn't have these hands in his range, but he might have them if he is bad.

That being said OTT there is no point to shove, he might call you w AQ, but he has Jx/QQ/JJ and he might have AA too, so I would c with intention to shove on a lot of rivers and rep missed draw.

If you x and he shoves OTT it's tough spot, but I would still call him, because of the good pot odds.
