CO 23/19 3bet 10% - 52 hands
SB 33/10 3bet 4% - 74 hands

After I 3bet and get 2 callers I decided its best to bet the flop as it is quite drawy, but then as it was a 3bet flop it probably hasnt hit them unless they have 77, 88, maybe AJs. Can I give them a free card here IP?

Mhhh...it still hits them hard if you ask me. They have a lot of broadway and some suited stuff. I will definitely go for a bet and I think we need to make it big here tbh. I think 400 will be too little. Imagine your opponent has a FD or an open-ender, you bet half pot and and you get 2 calls-the onces with the draws get really good odds to outdraw you.
