I can guarantee you that almost anyone (unless officially classified as retarded) can make more than $1K a month if they know what SNGs to play and use a standard one-size-fits-all nash charts-based strategy, if they work a little for it. The best part is that you will always be playing the same, even if you tilt. Charts are charts. If all else fails, you should consider switching to SNGs as an option.
I'm afraid that, in OP's case, switching to SnGs will result in one more painful 'learning kurwe'... been there, done that... let him learn one game at a competent level, he's already completed a significant part of the road to proficiency in PLO. It's highly probable that he's already good enough to beat microstakes games after cashback. Besides, SnGs other than Spin & Gos are dying, which will be exacerbated by the upcoming rake changes (though they don't affect 6-man turbos directly, there will be an influx of regs from hyper satellites, and regs of 9-man KOs will start adding 6-man tables too).
Staying away from zoom was decent idea. Playing 100bb and deep tables because deep tables are so soft but variance is bigger and it can get nasty.
Havent started studying phase yet been to lazy to learn. I may start tomorrow but not sure because I have to study for UNI and probably not going to be in mood will see.
@I hope I will become best friend with omaha someday ♦ but if that fails who knows SNGs MTTs > regular job ♦ I want to be good at PLO MTTs someday...

must not forget proper weekly report
Spoiler
Every Monday, every participant must write in his blog a weekly report, including:
- number of played hands / tournaments
- weekly bankroll movements in USD or EUR
- Current bankroll
- How many weeks he has participated in the promotion
SNGs - great. MTTs - stay away at all costs if you want to live from poker and don't have a bankroll of thousands of buy-ins. ♠_p:

Post yours now (both in the blog and in the reporting thread), and maybe, as an exception, you'll dodge the yellow card.

You're exaggerating. MTT Supernovas can live off rakeback; or, if they have bigger expenses, they should subtract them from RB for BRM purposes and assume they have negative RB that will still be compensated for by positive ROI. MTT grinders that are any good need a few hundred BIs, but not thousands.
I'm trying to help him. Does he look like the kind of player who has supernova or can handle swings of hundreds of buy-ins at this stage in his evolution? MTTs are completely beatable, but they are also the swingiest format (except for the spin and goes, maybe) and, therefor, one of the most tilting formats. If you want to live from poker and you're not already full of cash, how are you going to pay your bills in a losing MTT month? Not to mention the low volume achievable in MTTs if you don't play across all buy-in levels.

Really? Because Collin Moshman considers you should have at least around 300 buy-ins to play 180-man SNGs, which have considerably lower variance than MTTs.
The bankroll requirement is proportional to the variance and inverse proportional to the ROI. Regs' ROIs are much thinner in 180-mans than in big field red MTTs.

Cash out every month as if nothing has happened. Play at multiple sites because MTTs don't rely on VIP programs as much as SnGs and cash games. Sell packages without markup, there are a lot of recreational investors who will pay.
Move to a cheaper apartment to free some money up if anything else fails.

You seem to leave out information you find inconvenient. The variance is also directly proportional to the field size and inversely proportional to the in the money percentage. And the fact that MTTs have higher ROIs is negated by the facts that you can't put in the same volume and they take a lot more time to finish than any SNG, so your hourly rate is actually lower in most cases. It's not uncommon for good MTT players to be losing or breaking even a few months in a row.
Here's a good player's 180-man graph across all buy-in levels he plays:

Here's the MTT graph of one of the best MTT players across all buy-in levels he plays:

Also, imagine the second player got unlucky at the first blind levels of the 2 tournaments he won big in. His profit would have been diminished by at least 10 times.
So can you please tell me again how MTTs have lower variance than SNGs?

So you're recommending to diminish your profit by getting staked.
Also, say you have a bankroll of 2K and you are breaking even or losing over a period of 2 months. Deduct living expenses from that. Now act like nothing happened and continue playing. With what bankroll? Do you think stakers will stake a player that seems to be losing?
They surely will, as 2 months are not a sample and they'll normally give a ton of credit, and if not, a bunch of other recreational investors can be found pretty soon.
Selling action does cut the profit, but it also reduces the variance, The key here is that you can play a dense schedule of tourneys up to $27 as if they were all $2.2-5.5 and pocket the entire rakeback because it's generally not split.
A big part of MTT grinder's profit comes from shearing recreational investors; he should however know how to attract and retain investors, in particular, self-advertise, be punctual with financials and write interesting rail reports, which are non-poker skills.

I don't mind BTN's flop call with this small SPR - he could have enough equity with his top pair and a gutshot, while you could be shipping it in with quite a wide range (big FD, TP+GS, wrap) on this wet board.

First time around, I'll duplicate the report (for 21.10-1.11) for the readers (+ it's more readable when FPPs are not distinguished from 'pure' winnings), but next time, you'll do it yourself (some yellow cards have been handed out in the Russian community for not copypasting into the blog, though this rule is way too formal and unnecessary imo because the readers can always look the reporting thread up).
