Need to stop being little bitch and start improving myself. Problems that im facing in game are so obvious. My mental game is shit I think I still tilt a lot even tho is not so obvious but I have to stop lying to myself or im going to be stuck here forever.

Other mental issue is I want to win win win every hand I want to win big I want to get higher every day even tho I know its a long term process. Being money oriented has to stop.

I like the game but cant say I love it. Atm I do see $$ before love to the game and i think if i want to become successful at Omaha i must change that. If we look at last graph I was playing great; not result wise but I was making decisions and actually thinking about decisions I made every hand (why call why raise why check raise how can i get most value etc.) And than one hand threw me out of that thinking. I kept playing but I was thinking only on that hand and start auto-piloting 3beting to much, just clicking around making bad plays when I knew I am behind(where is this money orientation now? )

So what am I going to do?
1. I was thinking about recording(putting recordings here) or streaming(can do the same with recordings) every session I play.
2. Play 2 zoom or 4 regular tables
3. PLO5 until 2015 even if I win every single dollar there.
4. Preparing to session review top 3 loses + marked hands
5. review previous learning notes + continue learning and stop being lazy about it.
6. Updates every day

I will also have to increase quality of life it is connected to poker for sure. Few hard and few "easy" changes this week(1)
1. wake up at 6:30 every day go to sleep before or at 0:00. No electronic devices 30min before.
2. Drinking only sugar free stuff. No candies and salty things like chips.
3. Plan every day(here or on piece of paper or both)
4. Start and end the day with --->quality stretching some push ups squats and crunches nothing fancy. MMA.

I feel obligated to give you these 2 pieces of advice, if you're so set on self-improvement:

1. You should sleep at least 8 hours a day for your brain to function efficiently. From 00:00 to 6:30 is not enough.

2. Don't do exercises before you go to sleep. It's demonstrated that it will be harder for you to fall asleep and that it will mess up your metabolism.

well u can train yourself to sleep less than 8 hours. 6-8 is optimal imo will see how this goes could change it later if I wont feel right.
Before sleep only stretching (i know body has to calm down from exercise)

Day 1
No poker today had no time to study the game so I wont play(to tired anyway)
Went to sleep around half past 2 woke up around half past 8.
No sweet drinks. Had one cookie it was just laying around and when I remembered I should not eat it it was already gone :f_rolleyes:
Did stretching and MMA
Wasted 1.5h on CS:GO oh man I wish to be on same skill level in poker :facepalm:
Wasted 2h studying uni stuff

Dropping down to plo2 BR 87$ (+45$ when I clear bonus). Not going to deposit this year and probably not going do deposit in 2015 any more. Imo its burning money(damn I could buy ps4 and huge TV would probably have more fun) if u cant beat plo2 you should quit. :f_drink:

Epic day ♦ Decided to cash out because I was result oriented again and tilting if I saw BR under 200$. So I cashed out left myself 30$ and decided to play hypers. Got from 30$ to 192$ :f_drink:. Thats like +320$ from start. Played quite a lot on mobile so missing some turneys :f_rolleyes:
