Hello,
Ive received 2nd starting capital on Netbet but when i click on link provided in email it asks to cre8 acc again and enter username... so i went to log in into acc on netbet and when i wanted to contact their live support it says my acc is no longer active...
All i did was received bonus before played some, lost and thats it 
So how should i proceed to get this new 50$ starting capital?

Support said my acc is still active...
