Hey ligabiga,

I see that this is your first post. Welcome to PokerStrategy.com! Maybe you still want to introduce yourself on this board?

To answer your question, there are plenty of free poker tools that you can use:

Equilab
ICM Trainer Light
ICM Trainer
HM Cloud

If you have more questions, don't hesitate to ask. ;)

Kind regards,
Crimson

Is their quality comparable to Holdem Manager or Poker Tracker? Do you think a poker beginner should use such programms at all?

Hey lando1,

Poker is game of small edges so you should use everything that can make you play better. Trackers surely are one of things that will help you gain higher winrate, so using them is useful even for beginner. Of course you can still beat microstakes without using HUD but I believe it'll be harder (assuming that if you are using HM2/PT4, you know how to interpret statistics right). :)

Kind regards,
Crimson

Are HUD's really that useful for microstakes? maybe they start getting useful at say NL10 and up?
Surely at microstakes, all you need to know is that tight is right?

Hey Bullettooth12,

Yeah, you're right, tight is right at microstakes and you can easily win at these stakes if you know anything about this game. I think that HUD can make your winrate at micro even better (ofc if you know how to properly understand stats), though.

Kind regards,
Crimson
