I have no clue about GTO on this hand. BB range is capped so he could fold more regarding the minimum fold equity model. But this situation seems very easily exploitable because i can't imagin which hand could xr flop - xc turn - xc river here.
Which range BB should xr flop - xc turn - xc river?
Which range BB should xr flop - xc turn - xf river?
Do you prefer as BTN
