Hi, what info do you have on UTG? usually villain who flats your 3bet from UTG will have a more value inclined range, thus a narrower range. On the flop you have position + initiative and you should take full advantage of this when you see he checks, why don't you bet? while it's true that he more likely to have a better ace there's also a part of his range that misses that board like QK, TT, 99 and lower pp. Turn is a bad card for us as it completes a straight and 2pair that he's likely to have given his position and preflop action, thus you should fold here. As played river is at best a call, definitely not a shove and quite recommended to just fold here.
