Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has A♣ K♣

fold, MP raises to 3 BB, CO calls 3 BB, Hero raises to 11 BB, fold, fold, MP raises to 38 BB, fold, Hero calls 27 BB

Flop: (80.5 BB, 2 players) J♣ 6♣ 3♥
MP bets 38.25 BB, Hero calls 38.25 BB

Turn: (157 BB, 2 players) Q♥
MP bets 96.25 BB and is all-in, Hero calls 96.25 BB

River: (349.5 BB, 2 players) J♠

Spoiler

MP shows K♠ K♥ (Two Pair, Kings and Jacks) (Pre 66%, Flop 53%, Turn 66%)
Hero shows A♣ K♣ (One Pair, Jacks) (Pre 34%, Flop 47%, Turn 34%)
MP wins 332.25 BB

3bet 2%, 4bet 38% (5/9) and 3/3 from MP. Never saw what he 4bets.
cbet flop in average 63%.

Couple of questions:

1) Since his 4bet is on large side (probably variance), but 3bet on low, should I conclude that he is not 4bet bluffing, if he is not 3bet bluffing, and thus fold this hand, continue only KK+? I thought he has here AK, QQ+, but still imo call 4bet is wrong even deep?

2) If he would be totally unknown, and population doesnt 4bet agro (also doesnt 3bet agro, but calls wide vs 3bet), should I fold vs 4bet this size? What about 2x or 2.5x 4bet size? If it would be vs CO sqeeze, and for 100bb deep?

172bb I'm not confortable shoving preflop with AK. Since we are IP flatting may be an option but his 4bet is so huge that I would strongly consider folding preflop.

Yeah his 4bet doesn't seems to me like a bluff, he's going for value. I would continue with KK+. Calling the 4bet should be fine as long as if you feel confortable going all-in if you hit TP.

If his 4bet was 2x or 2.5x I would definitely call and try to control the pot somehow if I hit TP. For 100bb I would go all-in preflop.

This is a huge tell at the lower limits. The 3x 4bet.

Indicates

a) villain is inexperienced and doesn't understand default 4bet sizing
b) villain is never bluffing

This will be KK/AA the vast majority and we should feel pretty comfortable hero folding AKs here.
